J. Mary Helen SALOMON

J. Mary Helen Salomon passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026, at the age of 89, at the Village of Wentworth Heights Retirement Home in Hamilton. She is reunited with her beloved husband, Otto Salomon. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her long-time friend Jacqueline Thompson, who was predeceased by her husband David, as well as her family and dear friend Debby Geddes and her husband Don. She will also be missed by many close friends and neighbours. Born in Nakina, Ontario, Mary spent much of her youth outdoors and enjoyed activities such as snowshoeing, hiking, and swimming with her husband. She had a long career with Air Canada, spanning over 37 years. In her free time, Mary was an avid knitter and reader and enjoyed watching sports. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place, followed by a private interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Donations in Mary's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Parkinson Canada.
