Harold Francis Cooper

Harold Francis Cooper passed away peacefully in Hamilton on August 16, 2026, at the age of 97. He was born in Hamilton on August 5, 1929. He is survived by his wife Mary, his daughter Kelly (Cal) Herd, his son Tom (Sue) Cooper, and his grandchildren Lindsey Herd, Mike Iley, Jason (Anca) Herd, Brent Herd, Adam Herd, Ryan Herd, Jeffrey Cooper (Destinee Taylor), Chris (Chelsea) Cooper, and Renae Cooper, as well as nine great‑grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother Donald (Florence) and is also survived by his brother Ken (Beverly) and his nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. A luncheon will follow the service.
