Giuseppe Stramare

Giuseppe Stramare of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on February 11, 1935, Giuseppe was a beloved husband to Lidia and a devoted father to his children: Luigia (Joseph Jazvac), Bruna (Edward Ngu), Antonia (Frank Filipponio), Joseph Stramare, and Natalia (Dwayne Trapp). He was a cherished grandfather to his grandchildren, Stephen (Gloria), Lydia, Matthew, Rachel, Anthony, Joseph, Michael, Austin, and Aria. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, located at 43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 165 Prospect St N, Hamilton, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
