Flavio Pongetti

Flavio Pongetti of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on September 23, 2026, at the age of 96. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Tally, his brother Dante Pongetti, and his brother-in-law Gino (late Bev). Flavio is survived by his children, Peter (Stacey), Ron (Diana), Paul (Lynda), and Michele (Anne), along with his grandchildren, Mitchell, Nicholas, Michael, Amanda, Matthew, Christina, Claudia, and Robbie. He also leaves behind his sisters-in-law, Anne (late Ray) and Joyce (late Ian), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, with a vigil service at 3:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Our Lord Parish. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Good Shepherd Centres would be appreciated.
