Elizabeth "Betty" HYDE

Elizabeth 'Betty' Hyde passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 86 years. She was the dear sister of the late Jack (Anne) Hyde. Betty was born and raised in Hamilton to Ralph and Jessie Hyde and resided in the family home her entire life. She will be truly missed by all of those who knew her. Predeceased by Betty were her loved ones. Visitation will be held at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton, on February 26, 2026, from 1-2 p.m., followed by a chapel service at 2 p.m. She will be laid to rest in the spring at Woodland Cemetery, Burlington.
