Donald George Brims

Donald George Brims passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026, surrounded by his family. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Shirley, who passed away in 2022. Don had a distinguished career with the Bank of Nova Scotia, serving in various communities across Ontario, including establishing the bank's first branch in Midland and concluding his career as Manager of the Brant Street Branch in Burlington. He will be deeply missed by his three sons, William, Douglas, and Kenneth, as well as his grandchildren, Marcus, Genevieve, Michael, Katee, and Liam, and his great-grandchildren, Samuel, Everett, Juniper Mae, Forest, and Gareth. A private family service will be held at a later date, followed by interment in the Brims family plot at Lakeview Cemetery in Sarnia, Ontario.
