The family announces the passing of Donald Franklin Cowie of Hamilton, Ontario, on October 22, 2026. He was predeceased by his brother, William. Donald is survived by his wife, Catherine; his mother, Lori; his children, Gregory (Karlie), Barbara (William), and Jaime; as well as his grandchildren, Logan, Joshua, Winnifred, and Matilda. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, both at Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home, located at 90 Garner Rd E, Ancaster, ON L9G3K9. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Donald may be made to Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation.
