David Peter Ferguson

David Peter Ferguson of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on September 30, 1948, David was surrounded by the love of his family and friends throughout his life. He is survived by his beloved wife, Elsa; daughters Kyla (Joe) and Laura (Jeff); and grandchildren Lucy, Leah, Cameron, Wesley, Evan, and Paige. He was the son of Douglas and Peggy Ferguson and is also survived by his siblings, Iris (Don), Alan (Sue), and Angus (Neni), as well as his brother-in-law Chuck (Sharon). A celebration of life will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home, located at 90 Garner Rd E, Hamilton, ON L9G2J8. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Hamilton Health Sciences or Illuminight 2026.
