Darciene May Mahood

Darciene May Mahood of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on June 17, 1957, she was a beloved member of her family and community. Darciene was predeceased by her parents, Elton and Helen, and her sister Marion. She is survived by her children, Kimberly (Shawn) and Jeremy, as well as her grandsons, Carson and Luke. She also leaves behind her brother Darren and her nieces and nephews, Jada (Matthew) and Nikita. Visitation took place on September 8, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, both at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home. A burial followed at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to local non-profit animal rescue societies and charities.
