Clifford John Poyton

Clifford John Poyton of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 89. He is predeceased by his wife, Margaret; his grandchild, Kierra; his brothers, Jim and Stanley; and his parents, Clifford and Irene. Clifford is survived by his children, Brian, Clifford, Brenda (Herb), Sharon, Darlene (Scott), Raymond (Melody), Patrick, and Steve (Crystal). He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Ingrid, Paul, Josh, Krystal Rose, Sara, Phillip, Marsha, Andrea, Branden, Jessica, Adam, Michelle, Erin, Jacob, Wesley, Caydie, Nathaniel, Alaska, River, Margaret, Kyle, and Tessa; his siblings, Allan (Brenda) and Sue; and his stepmother, Beulah. Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, located at 36 Lake Ave Dr, Stoney Creek, ON L8G3N3. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM on the same day at the funeral home. Flowers are welcome.
