Chanh Phanthaamath

Chanh Phanthaamath of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on October 3, 1943, Chanh was a beloved member of her family and community. She is survived by her husband, Bounma; her children, May (Molee), Mee (Sivanh), and Kee Som (Tina); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Katrina, Micheal, Sarita, Rathtana, and Daniel. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton Chapel, located at 947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salvation Army New Heights Community Church, 187 Stone Church Rd W, Ancaster, ON L9K0A3, followed by a burial at Bayview Cemetery, 740 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3.
