Anne Elisabeth GOODBODY

Anne Elisabeth Goodbody passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 70. Born in Aberdeen, Scotland on March 18, 1955, she moved to Jamaica at six months old and later earned degrees from the University of Aberdeen and the University of Cambridge. Anne spent 40 years working in medical research in Canada, most recently as Chief Regulatory Officer at The Center for Probe Development and Commercialization. She was diagnosed with Stage 3c High Grade Serious ovarian cancer in May 2022 and became an active member of Ovarian Cancer Canada Patient Partners in Research. Anne is survived by her husband, Robert Adams, sisters, Caroline and Susan, nephews, Sean and Alasdair, niece, Kirsty, stepdaughter, Tamar, grandniece, Skye, step granddaughter, Aayla, God daughter, Sasha, and many other family and friends. Funeral arrangements will be handled by Circle of Life CBC.
