Reverend Joanne Pauline PEPPLER

Reverend Joanne Pauline Peppler passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, at the age of 85, at Wellington Hospice in Guelph, surrounded by her daughters. She is survived by her children, Lori Peppler-Beechey and her husband Todd Beechey, Alison Peppler, and John Peppler and his wife Nicole Peppler, as well as her grandchildren, Sydney Beechey, Lauren Beechey, Ashley Peppler, and Shannon Peppler. Joanne was predeceased by her husband, Larry Peppler, and her parents, Harold and Marjorie Berner. A devoted minister, Joanne served as an on-call chaplain in Kitchener-Waterloo hospitals and later at St. James Lutheran Church in New Dundee, Ontario. The family thanks Season's Retirement Cambridge, Cambridge Memorial Hospital Medical Day Care, and Wellington Hospice for their care. A funeral service will be held at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home on June 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cambridge Memorial Hospital Cancer Care or The Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
