Peter Derrick Zwart

Peter Derrick Zwart, born on June 16, 1966, passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 60. He was predeceased by his parents, Andries Zwart and Saakje Zwart, as well as his son, Joshua. Peter is survived by his sons, Benjamin (Sumin), William, and Derrick, along with his siblings: Mike (Sharon), Nina (Gord), Jake (Heather), Jeanette (Steve), Clara (Herman), Alice (Rob), Steve, and Philip (Evelyn). He is also remembered by his nephews, extended family, and friends. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Harcourt United Church, located at 87 Dean Ave, Guelph, ON N1G1L3. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto General Hospital Transplant Unit or the Guelph General Hospital Intensive Care Unit would be appreciated, as Peter received excellent care at both facilities.
