Patricia Corbit (nee Clarke)
Patricia Corbit (nee Clarke) passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the age of 83, surrounded by the love of her family. She was lovingly remembered by her husband, James, and her children, Jamie, Jim (Floriana), Paul, Lorraine Graydon, David, Heather Schirmer, and Michael (Melissa). She was also remembered by her grandchildren, Hope, Clayton, Kyle, Devon, Emma, Lorissa, Liam, Adriana, Kieran, and Zachary, and her great-grandchildren, Noémie, Elliot, and Kade. Her sister-in-law Linda (Sonny) and brother-in-law Tommy also survive her. Patricia was predeceased by her son, Keith, and her siblings, Ernie, George, Laurie, Ronnie, Raymond, Florence, and Lilian, as well as her parents, Ernie and Lilian. Born in Sunderland, England, on March 31, 1943, Patricia immigrated to Canada in 1966. A visitation will take place on Friday, June 5th from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, located at 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, ON. A Celebration of Life will follow in the chapel at 12 p.m.
