Norvil Bernard STATEN

Norvil Bernard Staten passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 65. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, on September 22, 1960, he will be greatly missed by his father, Bernard; his siblings, Larry, Karen, and Dawn; his brother-in-law, Denis; and his niece and nephews, Megan, Darryl, and Brian. He will also be remembered by his extended family in New Brunswick, a place he loved deeply. Predeceased by his two loving mothers, Patsy and Faye. He is survived by his daughter, Ashley, and her husband, Jake, as well as his grandchildren, Hannah, Ryder, and Maci. Norvil's loyal dog, Wyatt, will also be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be held on April 11, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Smithville Legion.
