Mr. Patrick James Culver (Pat)

Patrick 'Pat' James Culver, born Roy Hale Felix Vernon in Simcoe, Ontario, passed away at Guelph General Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the age of 87. He was a devoted husband to Carol Hendra, and formerly to Patricia Dianne Culver. Pat was a loving father to Frederick James, Laura May, and Kate, and a proud grandfather to Lucas and Atticus Mason. He was predeceased by his sister, Juanita Hager, and brother Marshall Vernon. Pat is lovingly missed by his brothers and sisters-in-law, John Hendra, Peter Hendra, Cathie McCabe, Jenipher Appleton, and their families. A Special Education Consultant with the Upper Grand District School Board, Pat was known for his dedication to special education and his work with Portage Ontario in Elora. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
