Marion (Judson) Rice

Marion (Judson) Rice of Guelph, Ontario, passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 96. She was born on August 6, 1930. Marion was predeceased by her husband Robert L. Rice, her son Bruce Rice, and her siblings Audrey, Dalus, Bruce, Beverly, Lawrence, Shirley and Roy. She is survived by her children Robert Rice (married to Mary), Deborah Rice, Michele MacPherson (married to Allan), Michael Rice (married to Angela) and Catherine Chambers (married to William); her grandchildren Rebecca, Kristy, Jason, Paul, Aprile, Gregory, Michael M., Cathleen, Tara, Michael R., Peter, Jessica, Cassandra, Carter, Mason and Jackson; and her siblings Frank and Judy. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, ON N1G 4X9, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. at the same location. The family requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Waterloo Wellington, Canadian Cancer Society, Guelph General Hospital, or Hospice Wellington in lieu of flowers.
