Maria PIACAMPO

Maria Piacampo passed away peacefully on April 19, 2026, at Hospice Wellington in Guelph, at the age of 90, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on June 28, 1935, in Rocca San Giovanni, Italy. Maria is now reunited with her beloved husband, Luigi Piacampo; her parents, Annina Moretti and Francesco Caravaggio; her in-laws, Carmina DiCrisci and Giuseppe Piacampo; and her dear brother, Paolo Caravaggio, as well as her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Nicola, Anna, Arturo, and Rosina. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Rosanna and David Suderman, and Maurizio and Rosanna. Maria was a proud and devoted grandmother to Christina and Micheal DeRoche, Jessica Suderman and Allan Luhowy, Andria, Jared Suderman and Robyn, Daniel and Stephanie, Robert and Natassia, and Steven and Clorinda. Her legacy continues through her cherished great-grandchildren: Sierra Luhowy, Mathew Luhowy, Alessandra, Sofia, Anthony, Nora, Luke Suderman, Arthur, Kayla, Elliot, and Jacob. She will also be dearly missed by her siblings: Iolanda and Oscar DiIlio, Tonino and Anna, Angela and Tonino Caravaggio, Lidia and Camillo Bellisario, and her sisters-in-law Gianna, Ida and Luciano Pennachioli, Rita and Luigi Memme, and her brother-in-law Angelo and Lunetta, and many nieces and nephews.
