Kenneth Roy SLEEPER

Kenneth Roy Sleeper passed peacefully on March 16, 2025, at the age of 86, at the Welland Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Beverley, proud father of Ken (Denise) and Kim Roberts, and grandfather of Emma (Robert) Kitchen, Matthew (Zori) Sleeper, and Kaitlyn Roberts. Ken is fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Eleanor Lake, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Helen, Grace, Eunice, and Alice. Ken lived for many years in Guelph, where he made lifelong friendships and was employed at GE and later GWS in Fergus. He was a proud and active member of the Guelph Legion Br. 234 for 50 years, serving as Sergeant of Arms and Colour Sergeant. Ken also enjoyed the outdoors, particularly fishing, hunting, and camping with family and friends. For the last 15 years, Ken and his wife, Bev, have resided in Ridgeway, where they were members of All Saints Anglican Church. Funeral Services will be held at All Saints Anglican Church in Ridgeway on Saturday, March 22, at 2 p.m., with visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. If desired, donations to the Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
