Kathryn (Groff) Elizabeth MacDonald of Guelph, Ontario, passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on June 17, 1957, Kathryn was a beloved member of her family and community. She is predeceased by her siblings Wayne Groff, Gene Groff (Jan), and Patty Groff (Andrew), as well as her niece Amanda Groff. Kathryn is survived by her husband Russell MacDonald, her stepchildren Karen MacDonald (John Sharp) and Greg MacDonald (Lisa Halls), and her grandchildren Ashleigh, Summer (Pierre), Cody, Richard, and Eric. She is also remembered by her nephews Jason Groff (Nicole) and Marshall, along with her cherished pet Bella. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
