Joan Elizabeth Inwood of Guelph, Ontario, passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on April 30, 1952, Joan was a cherished presence in the lives of her family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Zdenek and Mary Barta, her husband Paul, and her daughter Maureen. Joan is survived by her daughter Shannon, who will carry forward the memories of their time together. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, located at 1099 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1G4X9. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Wellington or the Canadian Cancer Society.
