It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ioannis Spathargiotis of Guelph, Ontario, who departed this life on August 2, 2026. Ioannis is survived by his beloved spouse, Konstantina "Dina" Spathariotis, and their children, Maria (John), Betsy (George), and Athanasia (Mike). He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Ioannis was predeceased by his siblings, Evangelia, Argyro, Konstantina, Giannoula, and George. His warmth, kindness, and the meaningful connections he fostered will be remembered by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. George's Greek Orthodox Church in his memory.
