Charlotte Roberta (Bobbie) Phillips

The family announces the passing of Charlotte Roberta (Bobbie) Phillips in Guelph, Ontario, on September 24, 2026. Born on April 17, 1932, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Charlotte was deeply connected to many throughout her life. She was predeceased by her parents, Lottie Bolton and John Dennison Elwood, as well as her siblings, Betty Anolik, Pat Canavor, Douglas Elwood, and Michael Elwood. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Kenneth (Ken), and her children, Susan (Anne), Robert (Lydia), Julia (Dave), Valerie (Jube), and Linda (Blair). She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, a brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, distant relatives, and many dear friends.
