Antonietta Garaffa

Antonietta Garaffa of Guelph, Ontario, passed away on August 26, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband Angelo and her siblings Vincenzo Raso, Francesco Raso, Vincenza Mammoliti, and Concetta Marchesano. Survivors include her son Antonio; her granddaughter Jennifer; her children Joe (married to Rose), Ned (married to Christine), Francesca, Rose Stangherlin (married to Joe), and John (married to Rosella); her grandchildren Jessica (married to Ryan), Antonella (Ryan), Jonathan (Nicole), Cristian (Tanya), Sebastian (Meaghan), Stefen (Julia), Alyssa, Vanessa and Serena; her great‑grandchildren Rhilynn, Miyah, Carter, Ryker, Oliver, Sellena, Boden, Bruno, Brody and Isabella; her siblings John Raso and Assunta Agostino; and her sister‑in‑law Filomena Raso. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma Street, Guelph, ON. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 178 Emma Street, Guelph, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Guelph Food Bank in her memory.
