Antonia RENON

Antonia Renon passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the age of 98. Born in Paese, Treviso, Italy, she came to Canada in 1958 and settled in Guelph with her husband. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Sergio Renon. Antonia was the loving mother of Angelo (Christine) and Claudio (Angie), all of Guelph. She was the proud Nonna of Sydney, Esmée (Liz), Brittany (Sean), and Emily, and the extremely proud Bisnonna of Aubrey and Maverick. She is survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Parish, with entombment to follow at Marymount Cemetery. A reception will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Guelph General Hospital Foundation or St. John's Parish would be greatly appreciated by the family.
