Gilbert JAYNE

Gilbert Jayne passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026, in his 88th year. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, children Carolyn, Stephen, and Adrian, and his grandchildren, Candace, Tyler, Emma, and Avery, and great-grandchildren, Archer and Arlo Quinn. Gilbert Jayne was born in 1937 in Gloucestershire, England. He and his wife Margaret immigrated to Canada at the age of eighteen and resided in Kilbride for most of their lives, later moving to the Aldershot area of Burlington. A celebration of life will be held at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
