Linda Marie YOUNG

Linda Marie Young passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on July 13, 1950, in Hamilton, she resided in Grimsby her entire life. Linda was the beloved wife of Harry Young, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Florence Cossitt. Linda is survived by her husband Harry, daughters Shelley Young and her husband Rick, and Patricia Young and her partner Jean LeBlanc, grandchildren Katelynn Croft, Breanna LeBlanc, Kiara LeBlanc, and Aidan LeBlanc, siblings Walter Cossitt and Kathy McQueen, and her extended family and friends. Linda found joy in simple pleasures, including swimming, spending time in nature, and playing Pogo on her computer. She will be remembered for her independence, kindness, and love for her family. Arrangements are being handled by Smiths Funeral Home.
