Jennifer Lynn Skrydstrup HARPER (nee Miller)
Jennifer Lynn Skrydstrup Harper passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026, at the age of 28, in Grimsby. Born on January 10, 1998, at Oshawa General Hospital, she is survived by her mother, Diane, and step-father, Roger Bain, as well as her brother and sister-in-law, David and Lindsy Miller. She was predeceased by her father, Robert Miller, her husband, Robert Harper, and her grandparents, LeRoy and Grace Skrydstrup, John and Evelyn Miller, and Douglas and Ada Bain. Jennifer is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She attended various schools in St. Catharines and the Ross MacDonald School for the Blind in Brantford. Jennifer enjoyed talking on the phone, listening to music, and singing karaoke. A visitation will be held at Stonehouse-Whitcomb Funeral Home in Grimsby on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. prior to the funeral at Christ Our Saviour Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Grimsby Mountain Cemetery, with a reception at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made.
