Ila May BRENCUR

Ila May Brencur (née Collison) passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the age of 85. Born in 1941 in Tillsonburg, Ontario, she built a wonderful life with her late, beloved husband, Frank Brencur (2019). Together, they created a large and loving family, including their children: Diane Spong, Denise Jones (Jeff), Larry Brencur, Sheri Soares (Mike), and the late David Brencur (2012) and Debbie Brencur (2026). She was the cherished grandmother of Steven (Erica), Ashley (Derek), Jeffrey, Colin, Christopher, Charles, Sharon, Robbie, and Joseph and the proud great-grandmother of Emma, Aliyah, Landon, Eric, Ben, Pete, and Preston. She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. A memorial visitation will be held at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, Grimsby, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 10-11 a.m., where the funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial contributions to The West Lincoln Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
