Jonathon Charles Townes

Jonathon Charles Townes of Gravenhurst, Ontario, passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 40. He was born on February 18, 1986. Jonathon is survived by his beloved spouse, Nicki Townes, and their children, Lily and Liam. He is also mourned by his parents, Paul and Diane Townes, and his siblings, Matt and Sarah (Greg Whitfield). His grandmother, June Linssen, along with his parents-in-law, Mike and Deb Northmore, and sister-in-law, Natalie Hoolans (Tyler), also survive him, as do his nephews, Deacon and Porter, and many cousins, extended family, and friends. Visitation took place on October 16, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge. A celebration of life was held on October 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Sawdust City Brewery in Gravenhurst. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Home Depot Canada Foundation and The South Muskoka Memorial Foundation.
