Vel Tomson, born August 23, 1945, passed away peacefully at his home in Grand Bend, Ontario, on April 17, 2026, at the age of 80. He was a devoted father to Michelle and a proud grandfather to Charlie, Olivia, Julianna, and Lucas. Vel was predeceased by his beloved wife, Helen, in 2023. A celebration of his life will be held at Highway Girl at a later date. Friends and family are invited to share memories and messages in his honour.
