Murray Russell POWELL

Murray Russell Powell of Wroxeter passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in his 74th year, at the age of 73. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife of 25 years, Kay Powell, and by his children, Michael and Melissa Ross of Wroxeter, and Sherri and Brad Weatherall of Cargill. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Maya, Ethan, Quinten, Jordyn, and Bennett, who will cherish his memory. Dear brother of Kathleen Powell of Toronto, Jane and Brian Elliott of Waterloo, Wilson Powell of California, Carol and John Crawford of Wingham, Rick and Carolyn Powell of Seaforth, and Donna and Randy Ladd of Montana. Predeceased by his parents, Russell and Gertrude Powell. A private family funeral service will be held at Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel. The Celebration of Murray's Life will follow at Wallace Arena Auditorium on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with Words of Remembrance at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Hawkesville Cemetery.
