SHARON FAYE McCANN

SHARON FAYE McCANN (nee ROGERS) passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at her home in Georgetown, Ontario, at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of the late James 'Jim' McCann for 49 years. Sharon was the dear mother of James (Vicki Campbell), Tracy (Sean Playne), and Jennifer, and a proud and devoted grandmother of Jaxon and Kennedy. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy (Gordon) Mino and brother Richard 'Rick' Rogers. Sharon was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Esther Rogers (née Paulsen), and by her siblings, Jim, Jack, Echo, Norm, and June. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, cousins, family, and friends. Cremation has taken place. Donations to The Terry Fox Foundation (North Durham Region) or North Halton Kitten Rescue would be appreciated in her memory.
