Emma (Berg) FLATT

Emma (Berg) Flatt was born on June 19, 1937, in Beberen, Poland, and passed away peacefully at WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital) in Kitchener on March 6, 2026, at the age of 88. She is survived by her children Gerry (Liliana) and Gisela, grandchildren Jacqueline, Courtney (Ben), Elisabeth, Rebecca (Lanise), and great-grandsons Everett and Wesley. Emma was the daughter of Michael and Ida Berg and was predeceased by her baby brother Rudy. She is also survived by her siblings Ida (Emil), Ella (Reinholdt), Otto (Friedel), and Lother (Ilsa). Emma was the loving wife of the late Willy Flatt, whom she met in 1957. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener. The service will take place at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel followed by a reception.
