Douglas Alexander WARDEN
Douglas Alexander Warden passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 77, in Fort Erie. Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, to the late Felix and Ruby Warden, Doug moved to Hamilton at age 13. He attended Cathedral High School and began his working life with the E. L. Ruddy Sign Company. He went on to dedicate 24 years to Procter & Gamble until the plant's closure, eventually transitioning to a fulfilling role at Dodd's Greenhouse in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Doug was an avid outdoorsman, a dedicated hunter and fisherman, and had a great passion for history. He was deeply involved in the War of 1812 reenactments and spent many hours metal detecting along the Niagara River. Arrangements are entrusted to Tranquility Cremation.
