MARY ANN KOZAK

Mary Ann Kozak (nee Musinka) passed away on May 4, 2026, in her 90th year, at the age of 89. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor Kozak; loving mother of Douglas Kozak and Lorraine Hoday (Frank); mother-in-law of Ivonne Kozak; and a proud and joyful grandmother of Ryan Hoday (Lissa), Rachel Hoday (Andrew), Madlyn Kozak, Waverly Kozak, and Jacob Kozak. She was also a cherished great-grandmother to Emmett, Adrian, Ethan, and Logan. Mary was predeceased by her husband Victor, her brother Fred Musinka (late Patricia), and her sister-in-law Patricia Ploenter (Klaus). She is survived by her sister Patricia Ploenter (Klaus); sister-in-law of John Gartner (Alison); and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at True Davidson Acres for their wonderful care and support during Mary's illness.
