Edith Townend (nee Churchill) passed away peacefully on May 14, 2026, at the age of 79 after a battle with cancer. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A drop-in Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, June 13th, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion on Pape Avenue in East York. All are welcome to attend.
