Jean-Guy Turmel, born on August 1, 1946, passed away on October 13, 2026. He is survived by his wife Jo-Anne Burns, his stepson Andrew Burns, his daughter Melanie, and the mother of his child, Nicole Daraiche. He also leaves behind his sisters, Monique Solano and Claudette Turmel, his nieces, Roxanne Solano and Caroline Paquette, as well as his golfing buddies, Don, Mark, and Joe, and his friend Michael. Jean-Guy was predeceased by his parents, Rita Marchand and Hector Turmel.
