Janice Elizabeth OLSON

Janice Elizabeth Olson passed away on March 14, 2026. She is survived by her husband, Brian; her two sons, Kevin and Matt; her sister, Nancy; and her brother, John. Janice was known for her enthusiasm, energy, and kindness, and she will be remembered by the countless people she touched in her life. She was a dedicated member of her community, having served as one of the first female street officers in Toronto's 55 Division and later as a Professor at Mohawk College in the Law & Security Department. Janice enjoyed gardening, curling at Dundas Valley, spending time at the family cottage near Sharbot Lake, and playing with her dog, Pippa. Donations may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Royal Botanical Gardens. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
