Suzanne Papineau

The family announces the passing of Suzanne Papineau of Cornwall, Ontario, on September 6, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on May 21, 1949, Suzanne was deeply loved and cherished by her husband, Raymond Papineau, and her children, Stephen Smith, Brigitte Spooner (Michel), and Patrick Papineau. She was a devoted grandmother to Madison and Mia Papineau and is survived by her sisters, Diane Carriere, Marleen Longtin (late Raymond Campeau), and Lise Longtin (Raymond), along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at Wilson Funeral Home, located at 822 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON, on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with burial at Notre Dame Cemetery in South Stormont. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
