Stephen Burns of Cornwall, Ontario, passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on January 15, 1952, he was a beloved husband to Debbie Poirier-Burns and a devoted father to his children, Justin, Kyle, and Kaitlyn (Andrew). Stephen cherished his role as a grandfather to Ashton, Johnathan, Lucas, and Allison Alguire. He is survived by his siblings, Lyn Burns and Bob Burns (Lou), and was predeceased by his brother Chris Burns, as well as his parents, Robert and Vivian Burns. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Carefor Hospice Cornwall. A guestbook is available for those wishing to express their condolences.
