Born on August 1, 1953, Richard is predeceased by his parents, George and Leona Cardinal, and his sister, Aldenna Boileau. He is survived by his wife, Charlene, and their children: Morghan, Jason (Chelsea), Kaitlyn (David Wilhelm), and Allyson (Max Ming). Richard also leaves behind his grandchildren: Jake Cardinal, Wyatt, Charlotte Wilhelm, Heidi, Ainsley, Katie, and Jessie Ming. Donations may be made to Carefor Hospice Cornwall.
