Joyce Alguire

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce Alguire of Cornwall, Ontario. Joyce was born on May 10, 1937, and she passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her husband Harold Alguire, her parents Daniel and Jenny Alguire, and her siblings Willard Alguire (late Mae), Kenny Alguire, Clifford Alguire, Velma Alguire, Vera Conley (late Sterling 'Dusty'), and Ruth Sanderson (late Donald). Joyce is survived by her child Tracy Lafave (Mark) and her sister-in-law Irene Alguire (late Sterling), along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation took place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wilson Funeral Home, located at 822 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J3S2. A funeral service followed at 11:00 AM at the same location, with burial at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, 15570 County Rd 2 R. R. #3, Ingleside, ON K0C1R0. Memorial donations to Woodland Villa Residence Council would be appreciated.
