Eileen Mabel (Nee Seebach) Henry

The family of Eileen Mabel Henry (nee Seebach) announces her peaceful passing at Woodland Villa in Long Sault, Ontario, on July 2, 2026, at the age of 98. Eileen was predeceased by her beloved husband, C. Donald Henry, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage. She is survived by her children, Glynis, Richard (Maureen), Robert (Brenda), Craig (Wendy), and Carolyn, as well as her grandchildren Jessica (Kyle), James (Martin), Patrick (Emilie), Kirsten, Brad (Mirka), Aric, and Sarena (Ryan), and great-grandchildren Maddex, Greyson, Benjamin, and Brielle. Born in St. Mary's, Ontario, she was the daughter of Nancy Mabel (nee Dunsmore) and Elmer Edwin Seebach and was predeceased by her sister Catherine O'Neill. Eileen had a distinguished nursing career at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto before dedicating herself to her family. She was passionate about sports, particularly golf, and enjoyed traveling with Donald. The family expresses gratitude to the staff at Woodland Villa for their exceptional care. Cremation has taken place, and friends are invited to gather at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, on July 15, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by a chapel service at 1:30 p.m. Inurnment will take place at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery in Ingleside. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Anglican Church, The Alzheimer's Society Canada, or Parkinson Canada.
