Edith Marie Quait

Edith Marie Quait passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 77. Born in Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia, she was the beloved wife of the late Glen Howard Quait, mother of Christopher and Pamela, and proud grandmother to eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother Edith Jamieson, her husband Glen, her grandbaby Lucian, and her brothers Donald and Frank. She is survived by her sister Blanche, brothers Jim, Patrick, John, and Thomas, and her nieces, nephews, and friends. Burial will take place at the Queensville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Matthews House Hospice in Alliston or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. Arrangements are entrusted to the Paul F. Kent Funeral Home in Cookstown.
