(Joan) Moyra (Johnson) BIGGAR

Moyra Biggar passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 87, surrounded by loving family and caring staff at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood. She was the loving wife and best friend of the late Ian F. Biggar. Moyra was a much-loved mother to Martin Kestle and his wife Linda, Paul Kestle, and Sarah Kestle and her husband Steve Grise, and stepmother to John Biggar. She was a devoted grandmother to Katie Kestle and her husband Joshua Doyle, Emily Kestle and her husband Thomas Grzevic, Thomas Kestle and his wife Lauren Mitchell, Ian Kestle, Alex Biggar, and Adam Biggar. Moyra was also a great-grandmother to Lilly and Silas Doyle. Born in Prudhoe, Northumberland, England, Moyra maintained a close bond with her siblings Nona, Selma, Tom, and Cynthia. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House or the Arthritis Society of Canada.
