Irene Christine Maronski

Irene Christine Maronski was born on October 30, 1953, and died on August 19, 2026, at the age of 72. She was predeceased by her parents, Wladyslaw (Walter) and Naile (Nellie) Maronski, her sister Sabina (Sandra) Maronski, and her nephew Anthony James (Jimmy) Spiteri. Survivors include her husband Garry Damm; siblings Christine, Walter, Helen and Jeanine; niece Christine; nephews John and Michael; great‑nieces Hailey and Kayla; and great‑nephew Damian, along with other relatives and friends. A celebration of life is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Armstrong Chapel, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne, Ontario, followed by a committal service at Woodlawn Cemetery, 709 Niagara Street, Welland, Ontario, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society or the Niagara Health Foundation’s Walker Family Cancer Centre.
