Wendy Cecelia (Doyle) Gregoriades

Wendy Cecelia Gregoriades (née Doyle) of Cobourg, Ontario, passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 74. She was born on March 18, 1952. Wendy was predeceased by her parents, James Michael Doyle and Shirley Cecelia Doyle, and her brother Michael James Doyle. She is survived by her husband Thomas; her daughter Nicole Cecelia Forbes; her son‑in‑law Zachary Forbes; her siblings‑in‑law Vicky Georgopoulos and James Georgopoulos; her nephews Jason, Michael and Steven Georgopoulos; and her aunts and uncles Patrick, Danny, David, Carol and Anne Doyle, as well as numerous cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St E, Cobourg, ON. A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 379 Division St, Cobourg, ON, followed by burial at 11:30 a.m. at Camborne United Church Cemetery, 3414 Burnham St N, Cobourg, ON. A reception will follow from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Columbus Community Centre, 232 Spencer St E, Cobourg, ON. Wendy was a 19‑year survivor of a double lung transplant and advocated for organ donation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to organizations supporting organ donation and related research.
