Sadie Beatrice Inia of Cobourg, Ontario, was born on October 25, 1932, and died on July 15, 2026, at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her husband George, her parents Arthur and Beatrice Smith, her children David "Squid" (married to Debbie), Darlene and Ronald, and her sisters Thelma and Florence. Survivors include her son Wayne (married to Lynn), grandchildren Pauline Gillespie (married to Eric), Jeffrey Inia (married to Emily) and Jordan Richardson (married to Ryan), great‑grandchild Olivia Richardson, siblings Jean and Fred, as well as nephews and other extended family members. The family requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society in her memory.
